General CONDITIONS of sale and booking

Section 1 / length of stay

Host signing the present contract concluded for a fixed term shall in no circumstances avail
a any right to maintain the premises.

Article 2 / formalities of booking

After agreement on dates invite you to adjust within a maximum period of one week (but more quickly if it
a reservation made with a lesser notice) the deposit (30% of the total amount of the benefit). Once these
deposit received, the booking becomes firm. Please note that without the payment of the deposit within the time limit
time, the booking is not confirmed and that, therefore, we reserve the right to recover the
rooms. Such deposit may be cashed on receipt, the amount is then deducted from the rest payable at
your departure.

Article 3 / cancellation of the stay by the customer

We inform you that in case of cancellation of the reservation before the beginning of the stay, it will be due under clause
criminal by the client, an allowance fixed as follows:
a) cancellation before the start of the stay: If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the amount

(c) if the customer does not occur before 4 p.m. the day of beginning of stay, this contract becomes void and the
owner may dispose of its guest rooms. The amount of the deposit remains acquired to the owner who reserves the
entitled to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
(d) in the case of shortened stay, the accommodation remains fully due to the owner.

Article 4 / cancellation insurance

I draw your attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in my rates. It is therefore
strongly recommended to buy one, that can be also used for other reservations. Here for example:

Article 5 / cancellation of the stay by the owner

If, before the beginning of the stay, the owner is obliged to cancel the reservation, it must immediately inform his host.
The host will then be immediately and fully reimbursed the sums he has already paid. He will receive in addition
compensation equal to the penalty that he would have supported if the cancellation had been its done to this date

Article 6 / arrival time

The host must be the day stated in the reservation, from 4 pm (time of availability of rooms).
Out of politeness, please know let me your approximate time of arrival. As far as possible,

EARLY CHECKING or an arrival in advance is possible at the moment the room is available, this

Article 7 / departure time

The time of departure of the rooms is set at 11 hours later.
LATE CHECKING or a late check-out is possible from the moment the House is available, this service is

Article 8 / payment of the balance of the accommodation

The balance of the stay has to be paid the day before departure, on the initiative of the host.

Article 10 / changing rooms

Without that the host cannot avail themselves of no compensation, the owner reserves the right to change the
originally reserved by the other bedroom of the same capacity or larger. In such cases, the cost
the reservation remains unchanged.

Article 11 / pets

For reasons of hygiene and tranquility of the hosts, no pet is allowed
in the Guest House. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the client, the owner may refuse the
animals. This refusal cannot be in any way considered as a modification or a breach of the contract
at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of departure from the client, no refund can be
envisaged.

Article 12 / capacity

This agreement is established for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the
owner is able to refuse the additional customers. If the number of hosts is less than this number, the
amount of the rest benefit established by this agreement.

Article 13 / Art of living and use of the premises

Respect is the basis of the operation of a bed and breakfast. The host undertakes to observe the savoirvivre
which shall be indicated and these general conditions of sale.
You are in a bed and breakfast, not in a lodge, therefore:
It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms and common areas.
It is forbidden to eat in the rooms, the breakfast room can be made available to you 🙂
and to make detergents (washing machine fast program possible 🙂 at price very very nice)
The guests attention is drawn to the fact that miners on the property are placed under the sole and entire
responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.
The Loire balcony accepts no responsibility in case of loss, theft and/or damage or injury
caused to property and/or persons on the property, and this irrespective of the cause.
The host is committed to making the rooms in good condition.

Article 14 / Modification of the conditions of sale

The present conditions of sale are editable at any time and without notice. The acceptance and respect of these
conditions of sale shall be deemed immediately acquired the deposit.

Article 15 / privacy compliance

The owner undertakes not to disclose to any third party the information of any nature whatsoever that the tenant will have
was brought to give on the occasion of the execution of the present contract. These latter provisions are however not
applicable with regard to requests for information that would be made by the Government and/or the
Courts.
